Performance based incentives WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Responsible for supervising and directing team based on daily productivity needs Monitor Warehouse associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed Work with other Departments to Attain Companywide Goals Work with team to attain weekly and monthly goals/targets Communicate pre-kit/warehouse standards Provide acountability for Team Restock warehouse product for picking Sorting and stocking, Handle transfers daily & Verify all outgoing transfers are complete Lifting, overhead reaching, stooping, bending, stairs, standing, walking Be on time and present WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
Prior warehouse experience, shipping, receiving, inventory, stocking, driving, etc.
Ability to work closely with route drivers, managers and delivery drivers Willingness to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse Problem Solving Strong Written and verbal communication Time Management Ability to Multi-task Adaptable, Cooperative, Responsible, Diligent, Attention to Detail Leading and Supporting Team Members Knowledge of systems or the ability to understand and learn Recommended Skills Adaptability Attention To Detail Communication Driving Hardworking And Dedicated Multitasking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
